Collection & Logistics

Transport & Collection
Orders are available for collection directly from our Blouberg studio. Clients requiring delivery are invited to arrange their own courier service (Uber or Bolt). Please note that the responsibility for the cake’s integrity transfers to the courier once the order departs our premises.

Technical Note: Italian Meringue

Composition & Climate
Italian meringue is a refined, climate-sensitive medium. Its structural integrity and delicate finish are particularly susceptible to atmospheric moisture, including rainfall and the elevated humidity levels common to our coastal environment. To preserve the cake’s precise aesthetic, we recommend maintaining a strictly temperature-controlled, dry environment until the moment of service.

Cancellation Policy

Terms of Cancellation
Confirmed orders are final. Should a cancellation be necessary, a 5% processing fee will be applied to cover administrative and procurement costs.
